Esther Quiroz has been the Business Manager and a principal partner for A Big Chihuahua since its inception in 1995.  A seasoned administrator with a background in accounting and over twenty years of work experience, Esther is part of the backbone of the Agency’s work.  She is instrumental in procurement, purchasing, payables and general accounting on all creative projects.  She constantly reminds us that “she is not our mother” – but we all know we could not do what we do without her! Prior to joining the Agency, Esther had tenures at Hispanic America (where she got her first taste of the Hispanic advertising business) and the Teamster’s Union of San Antonio where she managed all payables, accounting, etc. for members in the baking and brewery industries.  Her career has always been focused on the administrative and accounting side of business.
